@bevtaylor5466 is Clarence Thomas really part of the 11th circuit? I’m an Aussie so unsure, but I thought he was SCOTUS? 11th circuit had no qualms in squashing her before 🤷‍♂️

@bevtaylor5466 I wouldn’t be surprised if the 11th circuit was just waiting for Smith to file the motion, although I understand he only really gets one shot at it, so needs to be more than sure he’s got enough. Either that or Garland doesn’t want him to? 🤷‍♂️
