  1. I did an explosives course a few years ago, the instructor was ex special forces. He told us about this effect and said that if an enemy was sheltering behind a thick concrete wall, all you had to do was know where, and stick a bullet in the wall in front of him. The piece of concrete that flies out of the back of the wall has near as much energy as the bullet that was stopped by the wall, and will take him out the same as a bullet would
