I'm sure you have been told many times, you don't have to be charged or convicted to be deemed to have participated in an insurrection. They can do that from outside a cell, with the cooperation of correctional services guards. It’s not as hard as you make it out to be. Plus they would be on rotating shifts, the same as the prison guards
