  1.  @Tick421  The courts aren't deciding, at least not any more than they already have been. A person who is the wrong age or born outside of the US is and always has been illegible, so why shouldn't an insurrectionist be as well? Why should the courts ignore an amendment to your constitution? Isn't it their job to UPHOLD the constitution?
