@TheParky13 No, we don't protest anywhere near enough against Government corruption here in Aus. Then again, we wouldn't be in this position, because the system wouldn't allow a judge to preside over a case involving the person who put her there in the first place

@antimediaman9354 There's more than enough evidence of her lack of impartiality. At this stage unless JS files for removal the case is lost anyway. There wouldn't/couldn't/shouldn't be another judge in the pool that would go anywhere her level of corruption

It goes beyond that. She could be removed from the case, that's now beyond doubt. But to be held fully accountable she needs to be criminally charged. There may not be enough evidence to do that yet though

@antimediaman9354 I didn't say it was guaranteed. I said at this stage the case is lost anyway, unless she can be removed. I don't see how filing a motion with an appeals court, in accordance with procedures, could be classed as contempt...

@antimediaman9354 Sorry, I replied to the wrong comment. Anyway; 28 U.S. Code § 144 - Bias or prejudice of judge... Whenever a party to any proceeding in a district court makes and files a timely and sufficient affidavit that the judge before whom the matter is pending has a personal bias or prejudice either against him or in favor of any adverse party, such judge shall proceed no further therein, but another judge shall be assigned to hear such proceeding. There are MANY legal experts out there who all agree, Cannon is showing extreme bias in this case. Take their word for it, not mine. Harry Litman, Glenn Kirschner, Michael Popok, all highly qualified professionals, who know more about the law than you or I do. BTW what's a "Word sald"?
