To tell a white lie about one's height and weight isn't unusual, but in this case I would think that it is an actual statement that he would have to make, so lying about it could well be a crime, like lying in a statutory declaration, which is enough for jail time. Don't bank on anything happening though, because he is clearly still being treated like royalty, even in Georgia, where everybody said "He won't get any special treatment here"....
