  4.  @ECC145  Found guilty by a jury in a court of law = convicted, genius. Sentencing is a formality. Can't be sentenced without a conviction. Also, the crimes he was convicted of were state charges, not federal ones, nothing to do with Jack Smith or Merrick Garland.

  8. There is no Presidential immunity, for things outside the scope of Presidential duties. Why is this unwritten rule of not charging a sitting President enforced so stringently? It's not even law 🤷‍♂
