  18. There's tons of reason they aren't raiding Biden's home. They never raided Trump's home, they executed a valid search warrant, signed off by a judge. The warrant was signed because the FBI could convince the FBI that the search would find what they were looking for. They knew he had it because NARA had asked him to give them back and he refused. He was then subpoenaed to give them back BY THE COURT and he still refused, and lied that he had returned everything. Had he given everything back when first asked, he wouldn't have even been investigated. The documents that turned up in Biden's old office were returned voluntarily, when they were discovered. Nobody can say with impunity how they even got there. Who knows, maybe they were planted there? That was going to be Trump's defense, until he stupidly admitted guilt on his second rate social media platform. The senile old fart on the right seems to have about the same IQ as Trump, listening to his dribble

Nothing to do with classification. And if they were declassified it would be documented. It would be hard to charge Biden with theft of government records when he is the one who returned them.
