@jamesdouthat3999 Presidents already have Presidential immunity, from decisions made in the course of their Presidential duties. It doesn't cover crimes committed for personal gain, which is exactly what trump is trying to have changed

@jasonm1827 yep, it’s just a way of firing a president from his job. This argument trumps lawyer is trying to make is like saying “You can’t be charged for robbing a bank unless your employer fires you”.
