@asmael666 no, because Trump never declassified those documents, not that it matters much, because the issue is, he stole government records, regardless of their classification.

Can't charge a sitting President, remember? It worked for Trump 🤷‍♂️ Plus there are worlds of differences in the cases. One guy used them lawfully in his line of work and seemingly forgot to return them. The other guy STOLE 130 or more of them and took them home and refused to give them back. Idc if he ends up in the cell next to Trump's but I doubt it 😅

@amazingafrica6965 how so? FBI executed a legal search warrant, which was signed off by a judge who was satisfied that they would find the documents there. And this was after being asked politely to return the documents several times. Biden's were returned voluntarily. Huge difference right there. And who knows, maybe Biden declassified them by thinking about it 😂
