  1. There’s no case for her to be expelled from, now! We can only hope that JS can appeal the ruling. Garland should have known appointing a SC could have this outcome - makes me wonder if he did it deliberately

  2.  @rcg9573  it’s not untrue because at the moment, the case isn’t there, it’s dismissed! But you’re right, JS can appeal it and I hope he does, as I said in my comment
