@leothenomad5675 I hate to say it but you are right. Trump didn't come up with that argument. His lawyer was asked by the judge as a hypothetical whether he believed Trump would be immune from prosecution under those circumstances. Of course, the lawyer said exactly what trump would want him to say though, because after all, trump doesn't take advice from his lawyers, we all know that. They all do and say exactly what he expects them to do. That's why he's doing so much "Winning" lately 🤣
