  1. I have faith (Hope) that he WILL see a jail cell. I see it this way - he is tried and convicted for this, and probably dodges jail (Although he shouldn't) but a conviction is recorded against him. Next case (We'll assume it's the Georgia indictment) he is convicted again, but come sentencing time, he is a convicted felon, with priors. That should mean jail, but even if he slimes his way out of that, by the time the DoJ convict him, he will be a 2 x felon with priors and this will be his 3rd strike. If that doesn't get him locked away then I give up. Finally, assuming he does escape actual jail time, he will be sentenced to home detention. What are the chances he will comply with the conditions? Zero. He will breach them. And then they will have absolutely no choice but to jail him. Just my 2c worth, in Aussie dollars ;)
