  4. “Housing Expert”?! What a disgrace! He is talking about intetest rates dtopping as if the rates are the problem. The housing prices need to come down fo affordability and in the Sun Belt the prices are coming down. The market does not need lower rates. The artificially low rates are what caussd the housing affordability problem in the first place. So this “housing expert” thinks lower rates is the solution when in realty it was the problem? unbelievable!
