  3. End the section 8 vouchers already!! That program is loaded with waste, fraud, and abuse. I personally know plenty of section 8 voucher recipients who live in houses in LA, CA that I could never afford although I earn 105k/year. Many landlords prefer renting to section 8 recipients because the rent can be above market and the checks always arrive in time.

Sheeple get so emotional about their perceived paper equity that all common sense vanishes but many can live with “correction”. I agree with Lance attempt to define and differentiate between the two words and yes the housing market correction has begun in much of the Sun Belt and likely will end up crashing gradually, then all at once.

  48. the repair man likely lied and could have repaired it for a few hundred dollars. Usual problem is the start/run capacitor which cost $20 and takes 20 minutes to replace. Always get 2nd or third opinion and if compressor did not fail, just find someone who will repair the problem instead of pushing a new system. Too much dishonesty out there in the HVAC repair business. Do not trust anyone who says the whole system needs replaced.
