@FeelingPeculiar Yes I understand that you have been trolling this channel for at least several months. Previously you were saying that housing prices will not drop. Now you are saying that when prices drop, people will not be able to buy anyway due to a poor economy. You were likely far too young to grasp reality last housing bubble deflation but affordability returned and the skilled workers who had a 20% down payment and remained employed were able to buy homes at low prices. That is what is coming the next few years weather you like it or not. “Wishing for” anything is totally irrelevant to the facts.

Why does it upset you if someone “wishes for” housing prices to revert back to historical means? Why not just do your thing and let others do theirs?
