You may have been too young to understand when this similar scenario played out 2007-2012 in several states: FL, AZ, CA, NV, et al

  5. a correction may not be drastic where you are but in the sun belt it will be more widespread than 2008-2012 if you were old then to understand what was happening in residemtial real estate
