  22. You do not know anything about being a landlord. I have owned a few rental properties. Landlords can only charge what local market rate is or nobody will rent it. Landlord expenses are irrelevant to local rental rates. Does not matter if landlord/owner made a poor business decision and carrying costs exceed rental income.

  27. landlord can only charge rent that the local market is willing amd able to pay regardless the mortgage payment. If rent does not cover the owner expenses, it is a bad investment.
