  10. @JimBeam123 yes that is exactly what happened in 2006/2007 before prices really started rapidly declining in many sunbelt states, people started losing jobs, stock market declining. You may have been too young in 2006/2007 to understand it or were in an area that did not have housing prices inflate into the bubble and collapse but if you are in the sun belt you will get it this time painter and you can keep saying LMAO while collecting unemployment
