  2. Walgreens began on the South Side of Chicago in the early 1900s. Many years ago I saw how much they were expanding in the Chicago area so I invested in their stock and thankfully, I sold that stock years ago but did not gain all that much. Sad to see this long successful company now in its final days but that is the way progress happens in a healthy economy. Let the losers fail and move forward.
