  1. Honestly, I really couldn't care less anymore if the Bengals packed up and left. At least it means cheapskate Mike Brown and this poor excuse for ownership would be gone. On paper, this is the best team the franchise has ever had. And what is there to show for it? Back-to-back 9-8 seasons with no playoffs, and our best players not named Joe Burrow in danger of leaving because ownership doesn't want to pay them. If they moved, I wouldn't miss them. I would just find something else to do with my Sundays, or I would probably switch to the NFC and become a Detroit Lions fan. At least they're making the most of the stacked team they have, continuing to build around their strengths, and are actually a contender instead of a pretender and the laughingstock of the NFL like the Bungals. No wonder fans and media in Kansas City and Buffalo laugh at us. I don't blame them. This team is a joke, and the ownership is the punchline. Rant done. Football season is over, now it's time to look forward to spring training and baseball season, when the Reds will undoubtedly disappoint me once again as well. 😂

  2. Easier said than done, seeing as how in most of these small towns in Ohio the voting population consists almost entirely of friends and relatives of the mayor and other elected officials.

  3. Before Burrow, the Bengals had trouble filling the stadium to half-capacity. Which, like the Reds, was mainly our fans sending a message to ownership.

  4. St. Louis also has a winning baseball team and ownership who cares about keeping it that way. Unlike Cincinnati. We Reds fans don't stay home because the team is lousy. We stay home because Bob and Phil are clueless and have absolutely no idea what they're doing and don't care about us or the product they put in front of us on the field.

  14. It is sad. I used to live out by Northgate Mall about 15 years ago or so, and back then Colerain was kind of rough in spots, but still not a bad place to live.

The story I was told, is that the German immigrants who settled there in the 1800s started calling it that because the Miami and Erie Canal that separated it from downtown Cincinnati reminded them of the river Rhine back in Germany. The canal is long gone and filled in, and is now Central Parkway. But the area kept its name.

  17. Honestly, they should get out while they can. I wouldn't be mad at either one of them if they left and went to a team like Kansas City, Buffalo, or Detroit, where they would have a legitimate shot at earning a Super Bowl ring. Because they're never going to get one as long as they play for the Bungals and the Brown-Blackburn regime.
