  1.  @yellowtunes2756  I think your comment is: Donbas is part of Ukraine and russian nazi separatists started a civil war over there. Ukrainians support their government when they fight terrorists on their own territory. Russians are crazy, we agree on that, but Ukrainians are not ALSO crazy. And if 70% of the Ukrainians support their country's policy, then this policy is very OK.

  2. There is more to effectiveness than that. Dictatorships have smaller goals because they only care about a small elite. Democratic governments need to address the problems of everyone, so they are "less effective" to the elite.

  3. Advice and tanks... Russia used to send many tanks to Ukraine so the Ukrainians captured a lot of them, but now that they have western tanks, they do not want any sovjet junks anymore. Or any Russian advice for that matter
