Knowing the Dark Triad in one thing, knowing how to deal with this is another thing and the most important problem of our human nature.
Many Social Experiences have shown that there are possibilities. We invented sports to do the things wars do: it creates an opponent and a competition, giving people a goal in life.
We invented world trade, we invented alliances, we invented art, we have so many tools and choices.
But it's a choice, to tolerate multi-culturalism, to respect various religions and beliefs, to acknowledge different orientations and so on.
Dealing with the Dark Traits is work, it needs to be done because if not, we all feel the devastating consequences of these antisocial forces on our social systems.
