  1. If life is a joke, then it's all about the punchline. The joke does not reveal its true nature, or any truth for that matter. A joke without the punchline is just silly nonsense, absurd, makes no sense. Like the world’s oldest bar joke in Ancient Sumerian – which goes like this: “A dog walks into a bar and says, ‘I cannot see a thing. I’ll open this one.’” I don't get it but it used to be the best joke of biblical times. (Perhaps the whole bible is also a joke that went way over my head...)
