@forestdweller5581 Dutchie here. In my family tree, people before 1900 rarely reached the age of 50, if they survived childhood to begin with. Diseases, poverty and famines, more diseases and wars, with unhealthy jobs like in the coalmines. Life expectancy in the Netherlands in 1900 was 57 for a one-year old, but 48 for a newborn because of the infant mortality rate of 164/1000. But people left the Netherlands because they hated the religious climate. Dutchies love making money instead of praising god. So those Dutchies moved to America and the merchants stayed here to Maak Nederland Weer VOCking Groot and now life expectancy here is 81,46. With that many old Kaaskoppen is the average Dutchie very weak and in poor health. But we do not die from TBC, we die from old age.

@forestdweller5581 I am sorry but you are wrong. Very wrong actually. There are tons of evidence for that, for example in my own family tree as I mentioned. I know the bible and Methusalem but I also know reality: humans can't live for 969 years, and the myth about the healthy caveman is also nonsense. Life in the wild is tough. Harmony with nature means: parasites eating you alive. I can no be proud because I am a male Dutchman (pride equals racism for me), but I do enjoy the fact that I live in 2024. With indoor plumbing, the UWV and the RIVM prikprogramma's. The Netherlands is a relatively healthy environment. Which is good for sick, weak and old men like me.
