You can not believe in some of those Human Rights, it does not work like that in laws: of you obey all the laws but one, you're a criminal. and if you respect all Human Rights but promote child abuse, you reject ALL Human Rights and you are a criminal by law. You should understand that this age of consent is not just a blind claim, it's based on experience and observation: even now, like in Syria, mothers often have no choice than to marry their young daughters to rich, older men. Fathers died, there is no money, no food, nothing, so they are forced to do so, and NGO's try to fight that. Because child marriages cause injustice, but also infant mortality , maternal death, social disaster and other misery. So these Human Rights WE believe in cover every aspect of child protection, and they are not negotiable. Not one of them. No exceptions.
