Russia is testing their systems out in Ukraine, so Ukraine displayes the test results; free publicity for Russia's military exports. 😄 I think these exports will drop btw: Russian tanks are mobile incinerators, Russian ships can not float well, and Russian planes are easy targets for anything that shoots.
