  34.  @Bryster51  The extra long range air to air missile russia has deployed We know, Ukraine does not have PrSM missiles for HIMARS yet, with a 500 km range. NATO has tons of rockets and missiles that can easily hit moskow from Kyiv, we know that, you know that. But Russia has no air control, they are rightfully scared to use their war planes over Ukraine. And 2 reconnaissance flights a day is actually a joke: NATO not only as many satellites, AWACS and jets monitoring every russian move, they monitor 24/7. So Ukraine can pick targets in real-time, using HIMARS while russia has a vague idea of what happened yersterday.

Many analysts have talked about why Russia failed to gain air control in the opening fases of the WAR, like USA did in Iraq. Russian ground troops were very ineffective, partly due to lack of air suppport: it is a well knows fact. Not worth debating IMO. Countries who bought Russian war equipment see how Sukhoi´s and MIGs are performing on the battle ground. Very bad for russia´s war business. India for example, they have regrets. But they fortunately also have French Mirages and other good stuff.
