@air2091 Yeah, that is what "they" all say, ´we are part of the three Abrahamic religions´. I think that´s a nice story, and there is a truth in it.
Abraham was born in Ur, a Sumerian city, so we find many ancient Sumerians stories in the five Books of Moses. And the remains of the Sumerian way of thinking.
Like this myth about Oannes, a fish-man who taught mankind all the science and technology we need.
Modern ´Abrahamic religions´ do not mention Oannes, but this Sumerian idea, that the best knowledge is divine knowledge, sent by god.
Like in `Allah knows best`, or `bible is always right` or `we are gods creation because Genesis says so`
