  22. I’ve always felt that coastal canoeing by fishermen or hunters or just migrating peoples made the most sense, along with land migration. I don’t think it was one big migration by one group. Idk, I’m not an expert. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I just enjoy hearing about newer discoveries, updated theories or versions of events, letters or reports which have been located in the time since these have come out.

  43.  @bobmasencup5819  I actually do agree with you. I consider myself a pretty liberal person, certainly left leaning, but even I have to say some of this stuff is just insane. I was sooo pumped when I found out there was going to be a whole drama series about Anne Boleyn. And then I found she was played by a black woman? She’s an AMAZING actress and I like her a lot… but there’s absolutely zero historical accuracy in SO many contexts by doing that. Just as you would NEVER cast Ben Afflek as MLK, or Matthew McConaughey as Genghis Khan. If you want to portray something as true to history, then portray it as true to history!

  44.  @andrewstevenson118  yup! I actually used to only go by Andrew until high school. My teacher asked on the first day “Andrew, do you prefer Andy or Andrew”. So I told him “Andrew”. He proceeded to call me Andy for the rest of the year, so the kids in my class started calling me Andy, and next thing i knew that was my name 😂 I actually like it today, seems fitting for me - though I do still always introduce myself as Andrew (partly bc whenever I say “I’m Andy” there is inevitably always somebody who says “Oh. Mandy?”🤦🏻‍♂️)

I’m betting I’m not the only one who likes to watch these late at night as I’m going to sleep, and I can’t stand closing my eyes and having to listen to French for most of the experts.
