I think the idea of explorers of ancient empires finding the new world is kinda silly… but I do totally agree that, given the number of ships in history and the number of those ships that would’ve been caught in a storm, there had to have been at least one or two to find its way over. Even if any survivors were instantly killed by natives , or a ship floated its way over after years afloat and all the seamen dying, artifacts from those ships would probably have been taken by whichever group found it washing ashore.

Yeah your problem is you take one piece of evidence that COULD point to something, and then you just go down some batsh!t crazy rabbit hole about a bunch of random crap. You think a group of sailors rowed their aasses across the Atlantic? Unlikely. Lief Erickson only did it by hopping from coast to coast along the north. Polynesians? Maybe. Probably. Celts? Romans? Phoenicians? GTFOH.
