  1. 3:00 it actually looks like he’s comparing one bag that was on the ground to another bag that was intact by his leg before he moved the second bag over. It’s a bad look and the cop handled himself pretty damn poorly and, unfortunately, it’s all too possible that he IS in fact planting evidence. Hard to tell but I did think he was trying to compare two bags that weren’t near eachother… like the analyst said though, he did a crap job
