Cracks me up how that euroleague coach said the NBA champions should have to beat the Euroleague champs to actually be “world champions”… as if it wouldn’t be an absolute slaughter lol best players in the Euroleague can barely crack the top ten on an NBA team

@ A couple of them, sure. Percentage-wise? Not many European superstars that’re crushing it in the NBA. Euroleague is where washed up and/or retired NBA players go to be stars again. Schmucks that never made it in the NBA become number one options in Europe. Doesn’t mean Europeans aren’t good at basketball, but they defiantly don’t have the same pool of talent we’ve got here.

@ As you kinda said, European players that are good enough do come here so the NBA is international in that sense. I don’t really care either way, it’s a North American League so I don’t really give a damn who they beat as long as they win the final series of the season
