  1. 1:20 I’m so glad David said this. Ppl always assume that if there’s life out there it must be highly advanced. Or it’s a moss. Or single-celled. Or some king of plant. Even if there was an advanced life form at some point, it could have already lived and gone extinct 3 billion years ago for all we know. Maybe an advanced life form exists but is at the furthest possible point in the universe from us. I mean, we’re “advanced”… technically lol but we couldn’t visit a civilization that’s exploring its solar system if it’s that far away either so why do we assume they would? Lastly, if they’re advanced enough to get here and stay hidden, then they’re also smart enough to not come without 50 light years of this planet for fear of getting infected with stupid. God forbid they showed up during a hurricane while somebody tries to nuke it.
