Pegasus obviously never had a girlfriend in his life. Approaching a stranger doesnt mean you automatically want a relationship based ONLY on someone's looks. It only means you have an interest in their looks and approaching them and getting their contact, or just talking to them (depending on the circumstance) is the 1st step if you want to get to know them better. You're not starting a relationship as soon as you approach them so I don't get why it's automatically "having a relationship about looks".
