@thefemalebosss5065 "stopped and asked them" that's a funny joke. So they asked and did nothing, is it a commendable thing that the lady told two ten-year-olds to take a bleeding two-year-old in the police station? For all she knew the boy could die of his injuries before two ten-year-olds can get help for him.

@perkmaster979 when you see a crying baby with blood on his head, isn't it normal to take them to the hospital rather than let 2 ten-year-olds take him, even assuming they are brothers?

@thefemalebosss5065 Even if they believed them why didn't they helped the kids take a bleeding toddler to a hospital or something? That's the real problem here. The fact is people just don't care enough while they don't have someone to clearly blame. Once you give them that, they start competing on who looks the most virtuous by shouting amidst a mob.
