  1. Why 16? Why not 18 or 21? Really should be a single united age for adulthood, not 12 (free meals in some restaurants), 13 (social media), 14 (working in some states), 16 (working in other states), 18 (majority of adulthood responsibilities), and 21 (renting car and buying alcohol). PICK. A. SINGLE. AGE.

  2. What about age-gating for older people who dont know what theyre doing in this environment (akin to some kids)? What about disabled-gating for those deemed without mental capacity?

I would think, if in support of small businesses and anti-oligopoly, that an automatic breakup would occur at the 5% market share (allows 20 megacorporations to dominate in same field without being broken up). It would be like a fine—you'd still have to pay it/be broken up, unless you go to court and win. No stays.
