  1. Not just drive thrus, but driving. Each neighborhood should be pedestrian only interior and vehicles on the perimeter

  2. Buying an unincorporated area and then incorporating it into a municipal govt is self-defeating as one cannot own nor control a municipality, only each resident can. The best option would be to buy a large area of land, lay out main streets, and lease out plots of land to construction companies who then sublease or sell their lease to those lessees (residents and workers). You would be the owner and could control everything since nobody owner the land, within the law (similar to landlord in apartments). Even if you democratise and give everyone a vote on the board (city govt), you could still maintain exact ownership and thus property tax (similar to how the government does it)

  5. Sim city 4 is nice, but the smallest roads are too d**n wide and the home easements too far away from street. Trying to make my hometown in Tokyo. Even the mods on other city builders don't accommodate. One had asian style buildings and signage that could be manually placed, but the building easement and d**n wide streets were blasting reality. Also the other thing I liked sim city for was pre-made cities so I could launch earthquakes and such. Think they stopped that at 3 though 😂
