  1. Big businesses undercut smaller businesses until the smaller businesses couldn't compete anymore and went bankrupt, then the big businesses raised their prices. China is just doing this at the global level. It's the big business.

  2. Amazon would make a killing if they not only were able to make their own car, but get past lobbyists backed us law that prevents car manufacturers from directly selling to consumers. They currently must go through the middlemen of car dealerships. That means tedious purchase arrangements and more costs.
