  1. If the labour party were classic labour, with the exhoribitant housing prices, they would probably NHS it (eg make a national housing service that had civil servants build houses and offer to families or roomies for free, paid completely through taxes).

  3. Is Australia more centralized than Canada or less? Always thought Canada was more centralized since it had provinces instead of states, and lieutenants-governor rather than governors.
