  3. If ban is motivated by specific video, and the subject of that video is alive, they should be able to petition PornHub to make that one video private or otherwise remove it from circulation. The scenario described is close to 'revenge porn' wherein participants at a later date do not consent to the continued distribution of the video. re "It was because pornhub had a video of the X. ..
