  1. Every car will go twice the speed limit until you get to 75mph freeway segments. But it is more fun to do u-turns at 50mph than go straight at 100mph. And the sharper you turn, the more Radar/laser cosine error is in your favour.

  2. My idea of a fun slow car is a Mark I Rabbit GTI or e30 325e or e36 318is. Anything light and agile, with suspension you can safely push.
