  23. Story needs more detail about PPP loans. Is he saying PPP loans are car purchase loans held against the title of the vehicle ? I thought if you get a PPP loan your business got $ and then you spend it on payroll, supplies, rent, etc. If you take cash and buy a car, you don't need a car loan and the dealer will happily sell for cash. If people are getting 'too big' PPP loans, why are they trying to get auto loans too ?

I do not understand the value proposition of the VINWiki app. Does reporting every time your car is stolen, flooded, damaged, broken, raced, modded to remove the rev limiter or mandatory emissions equipment, given a makeshift repair by Freddy 'T' Hernandez, seen in the background of @ThrottleHouse 's 500th video, and so on, increase its resale value? Or can you enter Yelp-like review info about other people's cars, 'Saw this car at Cars Octane Caffeine and Coffee (Cocc) and car had cheap plastic-dip but owner was polite'. Maybe you could do an explainer on what info people give to VINWiki and what's the point of giving this info.
