  2. ​ @5thElement0560 Oda stated that Luffy is Brazilian in canon tho (or would be if he was from our world). It was smt Oda made up for the Strawhat crew years ago but I find it pretty funny that he kept as close to this with the live action.

  3.  @5thElement0560  okay, but I'm saying Oda greenlit the casting and it followed smt he came up with himself, so he probably wanted these ethnicities/nationalities for the live action.

  4. Omg, Buggy and Roger look amazing! And kudos for the cgi on Luffy's gum gum abilities. They're looking more natural than I was expecting. I'm getting more and more excited abt this but I also don't want to get my expectations too high.

  5. ​ @josecarloszepeda5679 tbf, they went way off the story with DN. No surprise that it sucked. At least Oda is on board for this and it looks like it's following the actual plot (a low bar DN couldn't pass).

  9. This is basically modern Little Nemo, right? That's a pretty cool adaptation idea. I'm surprised that it hasn't been done more often and am upset I'm just finding it now.
