Idk this person at all, but I do want to address Charlie's cmmt bc I completely disagree that it's a failure to make the effort to educate yourself on wrong learned behavior and thought-patterns. Ppl aren't perfect or inherently all-knowing, and sometimes, we need to look outside ourselves to check different perspectives to see what caused us to have done wrong and if that cause may have affected other aspects of our lives that we weren't aware of. Even if we think the person is faking or we don't want to forgive them, I still think we should be encouraging efforts in educating oneself to be and do better.
