USA lost 23 soldiers some helicopters and one A7 vs Panama....and small country with no army and heavy weapons ( except some manpads) and USA forces had to bomb el chorrillo neighbornhood...and kill more than 1000 civilians in order to defeat Noriega loyal militia...

Venezuela also have antiship missile Bal mobile system ( Kh-35) with a range of 200km which cover Island near its coast!...other thing is How easy is to destroy mobile system like Buk m2 deploying in jungle areas....other thing is that Venezuelan forces have many Manpads SA- 24 and others Sweden made..which difficult helicopters operations...

@tylee8055 During gulf war..F-14 and F-18 failed!..2 Tomcats and 3 F-18 were shot down( 2 of them by Mig 25)

@joneszer1 of course Panama was an small state with no army only militia..it means that USA can win in Venezuela..but will not an easy task!...even in Irak l US allies lost 72 aircraft in less than a month..and Irak was under UN embargo and didnt have the support of Soviet Union!..Venezuela have the support of Russia and China!

@hwg5039 Indian SU 30 have been tested vs USAF and RAF ,,and was superior to F-15 and Typhoon.

@kurousagi8155 itss abad things because Iraq was under Un weapons embargo...if Iraq would have Russian suppies...it would be happened like in Vietnam whre USA lost thousands of aircraft!...only 17-19 january US allies lost 15 aircraft included F-15/16/18/Tornado/F-111....many of them by Mig29/25 accord Iraqi sources...USA only recognize ( after denied) 1 F 18, 1 EF-111 and 1 Brit Tornado were shot down by Migs!

@kurousagi8155 USA lies : Told that 1 F-15E was shot down by AAA 23mm....its was imposible that AAA can hit a F-15 which fly above 2500mts max range of AAA...told that B52 that was hitted by Mig 29..later told that was friendy fire and it was a AGM Harm antiradiation missile...its imposible because B52 would be destroyed...also told that no coalition jets were shot down in air combat..but one year later told that F-18, EF 111 and British Tornado were shot down by Migs....

@joneszer1 Of course USA won in Irak and Afganistan...but 5 years later had to retreat as consecuence of 4742 soldiers death and 80.000 wounded...Irak is now under Iran shia influence....in Afganistan 19 years later USA are going to leave after 3000 death and Taliban will take control!..now have the 75%....who win?...
