@hamsterbacke5962 "Russia lost to Taliban as well"...it was the USSR with Gorbachev( a pro western worshipper) and Taliban had the support of USA supplying them with Stinger and ATGM...anyway USSR didnt flee through rooftops and the Pro USSR government was in power 3 years more!

@Thetequilashooter1 USSR defeat and destroyed the German armed forces!..when USA intervened in Normandy JUN 1944 German army was already defeated!... before that USA limited to Bomb German cities killing civilians and nothing else!

@Thetequilashooter1 Russia would have win the war vs Germany without the help of USA...among other reasons USSR had more human and industrial resources as troops from Siberia, Central Asia and Far East was constantly senfing reinforcements!...military industrial complex was deployed in Siberia and Urals...too far from German army and air force!..90% of the US airstrikes targeted civilians house and buildings in German cities like they did vs Japan ( Tokio, Hiroshima, Nagasaki)

@Thetequilashooter1 Russia made the first analog computer called water integrator in 1936..MESM was the first programmable computer...Popov did the same before Marconi tested the radio comunication..the first photografic film (1878) Ivan Boldirev..and years after 1885 George eastman did the same..and now the Russian inventors who worked in USA...Sikorsky-Helicopter ( born in Russia as in that time Ukraine didnt exist)..Zvorikin invented the TV, the video recorder (Alexander Poniatov)..and so on because there are many of them ( the harvest machine, the electric train..etc..)

@Thetequilashooter1 man Popov invented the radio before Marconi did the same!...Russian engineer moved to USA because all inventions in USA turn in comercial products while in Russia is just an invention...so in USA means money for them and resources!...but it is the Russian brain!..it is similar of the US atomic bomb or space rockets!..almost all scientist came from Germany!
