Thats a Fake!..promoted by western media as Russian troops were advancing and defeating ISIS!...the SOHR ( Syrian observatory which is the pro western oposicion FSA sources) denied it!..and told that only Shayrat tribes and NDF was trying to take Conoco and Omar oil field!..Wagner PMC was deployed in East Eufrates and Homs desert close to Palmyra protecting places!..by the way Russian army crossed the Eufrates river and took American bases in Raqqa, Hasaka, Tabqa and USA couldnt avoid it!
