  10.  @Chibanah  Thats because Russian people are qualified people and many companies and countries want Russian engineer, Doctors..beside many of them are just learning other lenguage!...one example I have seen cheap labour in agriculture here in south of Spain..workers from "Free Ukraine"...Baltic countries, Rumania...and no Russians!...but in other fields like women working as a models, computer engineers,millonaires living in the sun coast...there are many Russians!...have you notice the diference?..
