  1. I'm a big fan of Dr Ellie's as well. She gives us an actual system and steps to follow for teeth and gum health. I don't like aspects of her total mouth care system but I do them anyway because her system WORKS. She is not in it for the money- she really wants to help people- and that to me is HUGE!

  2. During the day, I pop xylitol and don't eat or drink anything for several hours. Btw, you can buy a bag of xylitol crystals and just put up to a 1/8 teaspoon of it in your mouth after meals. I think xylitol from birch is preferable to the xylitol from GMO corn, but both do the job.
